Returns & Exchanges

At Levi's India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Pack the Items

  Place the original product in its packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth quality check process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please ensure you hand over the correct items to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be initiated or the exchange item will be dispatched.
